Frequently Asked Questions:
Sponsorship Benefits & Package

1. When do you need to know if we are sponsoring?

The sooner, the better! By advising us as soon as possible, you’ll help keep ticket pricing as low as possible, ensuring capacity attendance and a successful event. No deadline has been set at this time, but please see below for deadlines related to sponsorship benefits.

2. What is a “scholarship” sponsorship and how does it work?

Each sponsorship level includes one or more complimentary conference registrations, to be used by the sponsor or their designated representative(s). A sponsor unable to attend may elect to repurpose their registration(s) as a scholarship(s) for persons who might otherwise be unable to attend. Informing us as soon as possible about how you plan to use your complimentary registration(s) helps us accurately determine the number of scholarships available. The deadline for submitting this information is Monday, June 2.

3. What are the program ad dimensions?

Ad sizes vary based on the sponsorship level: Full-page ads (portrait only): [Dimensions, e.g., 5.25" x 8.25"] Half-page ads (landscape only): [Dimensions, e.g., 5.25" x 4"] Quarter-page ads (portrait only): [Dimensions, e.g., 2.75" x 4.25"]

4. How do I submit an ad and what is the required format?

Email ads to ncpd@ncpd.org by Friday, May 16 in a high-resolution PDF, JPEG, PNG, or Word format. Please submit images that are 300 dpi. Send program ad graphic to ncpd@ncpd.org.
