LODGING OPTIONS
The conference has contracted a $159 nightly rate, with availability pre and postdates. Book your rooms early, these rates will be offered until July 6, 2025, or when the discounted rates run out.
ADA rooms have been contracted on hold, please ask for this room type if needed.
Check-in is 3pm, and check-out is 11am
Hilton is pet friendly, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $75, and max weight is 75 lbs.
EVENT PARKING
The Hilton Salt Lake City Center has 2 parking garage entrances, one is to the left of the front drive of the Hilton facing West Temple street, another on 200 South, and even another on 300 South. The parking company is Republic Parking/American Plaza Parking Garage.
Normal rates $32/daily rate, Valet $45, EV charging on-site.
Airport shuttle is not offered at this property.
AVIS Car Rental is available during business hours on-site. Typically 8am-4pm, but call to make sure at 801-359-2177.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Cancellations must be received via email to esi@esimgt.com by June 12th for a full refund or July 10th for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after July 10th.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
On-site registration, including lunch, will be available on a space-available basis only.
NO-SHOWS
Unless a special exception is granted, ‘no shows’ will be billed an additional $50 to help cover some of the costs expended for food, materials, et cetera.
